I've had the pleasure of participating in Dan's Thai boxing and Yoga classes.  He is an exceptional trainer who encourages me in ways to work my body and improve my personal practice.  In no time, I've seen significant gains both physically and mentally. Dan's demeanour is positive, engaging and supportive. He tailors his instruction to differentiate amongst levels of experience, within his classes.
