My journey into fitness began at 17, during a time when I was heading down a self-destructive path. One day, I made a decision that changed everything — to take ownership of my life and pursue strength in every form: physical, mental, and spiritual. That decision led me from fighting in the ring as a professional Thaiboxer to serving as a Green Beret in the Greek military, to working as a volunteer firefighter, and personal trainer.

With over 20 years in the fitness industry, I specialize in calisthenics, weighted calisthenics, and kettlebell training — disciplines that builds real, functional strength. My training philosophy is simple but deep: Mind over body. We train not just to build muscle, but to overcome obstacles, sharpen focus, and develop strength that translates to real life.

I believe in the power of real, face-to-face human connection, and that’s how I train. No shortcuts, no gimmicks — just honest work, consistent progress, and a deep respect for what the body and mind can achieve when aligned.
