Our bodies are machines that run 24 hours a day. Every operation being vital to our health and well being. We choose what foods go into our body and their nutrient values fuel all operations our body and mind command.
A simple comparison can be made to a car. Improper or impure fuel going in to the vehicle will cause the engine to breakdown much quicker then when given a fuel that provides the specifications needed for optimal running conditions. Impurities wear down and damage the engine (Muscles, epithelial, nervous and connective tissues), while improper gas will cause it to run sub-optimally (imbalance of macro and micro nutrients required by your body for your individual needs).
Knowing what, why and when you should eat and take specific foods or supplements can be the difference between living a low quality life to a high quality life, performing mentally and physically at your peak.

I had graduated from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition with the title Certified Natural Practitioner (C.N.P.) and had become head nutritionist for the fighters of Rawai Supa Muay Thai, Sitsongpeenong, and Santai Muay Thai.
