Muay Thai

Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is the national sport and cultural martial art of Thailand. It was developed several hundreds of years ago as a form of close-combat that utilizes the entire body as a weapon. While known for its brutality in the ring and its gruelling training, one can expect to gain more self confidence, courage, have greater control over emotion. It is also a great way to shed fat, increase lean muscle, increase muscle, cardiovascular and mental endurance, increase speed, agility and reaction time as well as strengthen bones and release stress.
