Meditation
Meditation is a practice where an individual trains the mind to induce certain moods, a better control over emotion, pain response through increased levels of neurotransmitters, regulates hormones, reduce stress and over thinking, bring clarity and increase creativity, mental function and stabilize mood disorders.
To say the least, the mind is a powerful thing and it is not used to its full potential. Through meditation, one can begin to use the mind to gain all the benefits a healthy and opened mind can bring.
Classes, Costs and Qualifications
Classes
Meditation classes can be booked privately or joined at a designated location.
Practices will change between methods such as Soto Zen, Middle Way and visualization unless requested for privet classes.
Cost
Cost is by donation, receipt from charitable donation are accepted.
Private
On request, Single or group classes for guided meditation will be taught.
Cost
Cost per person is by donation.
